Linktra® Smart Cylinder portfolio expands with new sizes and digital options
Jun 30, 2026
Ragasco is expanding its Linktra® Smart cylinder portfolio with new cylinder sizes and flexible digital packages, giving LPG distributors more ways to deploy connected solutions across their operations.
The update builds on Ragasco’s proven composite cylinder and sensor technology, offering greater flexibility while maintaining the accuracy, reliability and quality the company has delivered for more than 25 years.
More sizes to reach more customers
The Linktra range now includes multiple cylinder sizes, from 18.2 L to 27.4 L, compatible with propane, butane and mixed gas blends. This broader range allows distributors to serve more customer segments , from residential users to commercial applications, and scale connected cylinder programs more easily.
Flexible digital packages, ready to deploy
Ragasco now offers two digital packages , Basic and Plus , designed for fast, plug-and-play implementation with no development required.
Both packages include access to the Linktra app and dashboard:
- The app can be customized with distributor branding, including logo, colors and sales point maps, and supports push notifications for direct customer communication.
- The dashboard provides real-time visibility into cylinder levels, notifications, analytics and logistics insights, helping distributors optimize operations and decision-making.
Proven technology, built for real-world use
The Linktra technology has been in operation for more than three years and is already approved and in use with customers in the Nordic region.
The solution delivers:
- 3% level accuracy with updates every five seconds
- Maintenance-free battery life exceeding 10 years
- In-pressure vessel, tamper-resistant sensors that are EX-approved and CE-marked
Combined with Ragasco’s lightweight, rust-free composite cylinders, Linktra helps improve efficiency, strengthen customer relationships and support long-term business growth.
Looking ahead
